The apartment at the lowest level has been designed primarily for the host's family with small children, but if required it can also be rented for a maximum of 6 people.

- bathroom with shower (equipped also with hair-dryer, iron, ironing board)
- full panoramic view of the lake, 34 sqm covered terrace with garden pavilion and a TV stance
- security alarm
- high chairs, baby cot, baby bath, potty (please indicate your request)
- board games, card games, storybooks for children, colouring, toys
